Starting as a Computer Technician at the University of Sussex and rising through roles such as Web Developer at Profero and Elysium Ltd, Blackman transitioned to more strategic positions including Technical Consultant at Epsilon and Head of Production at Progressive Digital Media Group. As Operations Manager at TMN Group, leadership of an operations team was crucial for smooth campaign execution. Currently, as Technical Project Manager at GAN, Blackman oversees the Customer Engagement tribe, focusing on both Retention and Acquisition squads.
