Amanda Attard

Amanda Attard is a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance and Tax at Ganado Advocates, having been with the firm since March 2010. Expertise includes corporate tax advisory, tax planning, individual taxation, and value-added tax advisory. Responsibilities involve advising clients on tax-efficient structures, employee share incentive plans, VAT on cross-border transactions, and tax implications of corporate and financing transactions.
