Diego Rodriguez

Diego Rodriguez is the Director of Product Research at Ganaz. Diego has over eight years of experience in tool design and content development, supply chain management, and finance and operations.

Rodriguez began their career as a Tool Design & Content Development Specialist at Fair Trade USA, where they spent six and a half years developing resources to support farmers, fishermen, and workers in their Fair Trade Premium investment cycle. Diego then transitioned to the role of Director of Finance and Operations at the Foundation for Sustainable Development, where they were responsible for financial forecasting, cash flow management, and overseeing the budgeting process. After two years in this role, Rodriguez was promoted to Operations Officer, where they managed routine financial budgets, human resources, and staff benefits.

In 2018, Rodriguez joined Ganaz as a Product Researcher. In this role, they were responsible for conducting research on Ganaz products and developing strategies to improve product efficacy. Diego was later promoted to Director of Product Research, where they lead a team of researchers in conducting analysis on Ganaz products and developing new product ideas.

Diego Rodriguez holds a Bachelor's degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook and an Overseas Program from Universitat de Barcelona / University of Barcelona. Diego also has a Permaculture Design Certificate from the Urban Permaculture Institute.
