Mary Jo Cook has dedicated their career to helping others and making a positive impact on the world. Mary is currently the Director at Ganaz, a for-profit social enterprise that connects farm workers who need good jobs with growers who need good workers. Ganaz provides messaging, on-boarding, training, and other services to improve retention, productivity, and farmworker livelihoods. Prior to their work at Ganaz, Mary Jo served as the Founding LP at How Women Invest, an early stage venture firm that seeks to connect female founders and female investors. Mary also served as the President & C.E.O. of Pacific Community Ventures and the Chief Impact Officer of Fair Trade USA. Throughout their career, Mary Jo has been a champion for women's rights and equality. Mary is a powerful advocate for change and is working to create a more just and equitable world for all.

Mary Jo Cook has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, with a focus in marketing and international business.
