Janine Kent has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Janine is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Gandara Center and Gandara Mental Health Center, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate Finance Director at Mason Wright Foundation from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Controller at Designs For Health from 2015 to 2016. Janine also worked as the CFO at Northwestern Mutual from 2010 to 2015. Janine started their career at Colfax Corporation, where they served as an Accounting Manager from 2010 to 2010 and an Accounting Supervisor from 2005 to 2010.

Janine Kent earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a major in Accounting from Western New England University from 1997 to 1999. Janine later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, completing their studies in 2013.
