Johnny Prettyman

Johnny Prettyman is a seasoned professional engineer with expertise in hydrology and civil engineering. Since February 2019, Johnny has been serving as a Project Dams and Hydraulic Engineer at Gannett Fleming. Prior to this role, Johnny worked for Tierra Group International, Ltd. from December 2014 to February 2019 as a Staff Engineer, focusing on civil and water resource engineering, including hydrologic models and tailings dam facilities design. Earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Utah Water Research Laboratory from September 2008 to December 2014, where Johnny designed experiments for flow devices and conducted data collection. Johnny began their career in civil engineering at Cole Surveying as a Survey Crew member in 2005. Johnny holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from Utah State University.
