Michael Bodenhorst is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in digital video production and news coverage. Currently serving as Executive Producer of Digital Video and Programming at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK since May 2024, Bodenhorst leads a team responsible for high-quality digital video content across various platforms. Previously, as Executive Producer at CNN from April 2018 to May 2024, Bodenhorst managed multi-platform editorial and production for news programming. Earlier roles include Deputy Regional Editor for Latin America at The Associated Press, where effective oversight of operations spanned over 30 countries, and various positions focusing on content development and news coordination. Bodenhorst’s education includes studies at Carnegie Mellon University and completion of a program at SMU Cox School of Business in December 2020.
