Lotta Wallin

Lotta Wallin is currently the Global Director of Learning & Development at GANT, a role focused on enhancing leadership and establishing a learning culture across the company’s four regions. Prior to GANT, Lotta served as Manager of Performance Management, Learning & Leadership Development at RSA, where responsibilities included developing evidence-based growth programs and training leaders. Lotta has also held leadership development roles at Nordea, designed coaching frameworks at the University of Skövde, and consulted in Learning & Organizational Development for various organizations. Lotta has extensive project management experience from Nike EMEA and holds multiple degrees in psychology and related fields from renowned institutions.
