Manolya Erkan Kutlu is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in recruitment and HR management across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Gantek Technology since November 2021, Manolya is responsible for managing IT recruitment processes, supporting line managers, organizing employee awards, and facilitating relations with universities.
