Brian Bonipart

Brian Bonipart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial mortgage banking. Currently serving as Principal and Vice President at Gantry since January 2011, Brian focuses on expanding the firm's market share in the $5 - $50 million loan segment. Previously, Brian worked at Seattle Mortgage Company from September 1993 to January 2011, where accomplishments included originating permanent, bridge, and construction loans, and achieving recognition as the top loan officer in 2006 and 2007. Earlier career roles included commercial loan analyst and commercial loan servicer at Security Properties, as well as partnership accountant. Brian earned a degree in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Washington.
