Jeff Matlock

Jeff Matlock, CCIM, currently serves as Director at Gantry, the largest independent commercial mortgage banking firm in the Western United States, since February 2018. At Gantry, Jeff specializes in arranging debt and equity financing for commercial real estate developers and investors, with amounts ranging from $1 million to over $200 million. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as a Director at Barry Slatt Mortgage from September 2013 to February 2018, where responsibilities included negotiating loan terms and matching borrowers with suitable loans. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist for StanCorp Mortgage Investors from July 2011 to August 2013, managing a portfolio of over 1,000 loans. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in International Business from Santa Clara University and a Graduate Real Estate Development Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Portland State University.
