Allison Hecker

Allison Hecker has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as General Manager at Gap Inc. since September 2016. Previously, Allison held the position of Store Manager at Eddie Bauer and ANN INC., where responsibilities included driving associate and customer engagement, scheduling, networking, coaching, and standardizing operations. At kismet, Allison successfully managed a team of sales associates, consistently exceeding sales goals. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Gymboree, focusing on client engagement and team performance. Allison earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from South University between 2016 and 2018.
