Della Chow

Della Chow is the Vice President of Leasing for the West Region at Gap. Della has been with the company since 2006, starting as a Real Estate Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for managing new store development, capital investments, lease renewals, and other real estate transactions for Gap Inc. brands including Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, Intermix, and Outlets.

Prior to joining Gap, Della worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Blue Shield of California and as a Consultant at Celerity Consulting Group. Della began their career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Della has played a key role in Gap's expansion into China, leading site selection and lease negotiation for the first Gap stores in the country. Della was also responsible for developing Gap China's real estate rollout strategy from market entry to expansion.

In their more than 10 years with the company, Della has established herself as a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the retail industry. Della is a key member of the team that makes decisions around store growth and repositioning strategies for Gap's annual new store target.

Della Chow pursued higher education at the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a business degree from the Haas School of Business, and a degree from the university itself.
