Laurina E.

Laurina E. currently serves as General Manager at Gap since October 2023 and as Managing Partner/Director at EspoResto since June 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, administration, human resources, and customer service. Laurina is recognized as the only woman in a senior leadership role within the Restoration Automotive Industries and has focused on increasing revenue significantly prior to the impact of Covid-19. Previous roles include Area Manager and Regional Training Manager at Alexis Bittar, Flagship General Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, and numerous leadership positions at organizations including the Desert Southwest Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church and Starbucks, where Laurina achieved top customer satisfaction metrics. Laurina holds a Master of Divinity from West Coast Bible Seminary and a BA in English/Communications from Saint Mary's College of California, along with an AA in Music from Citrus College.
