Slobodan Basic

Slobodan Basic, P. Eng., MMP, has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering management, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager for Gap since June 2018. Prior to this role, Slobodan held the position of Maintenance Manager at Weston Bakeries from July 2010 to 2018. Slobodan also worked at Crown Metal Packaging Canada LP from June 2003 to February 2010, where roles included Production Engineering Manager and Production Supervisor. Earlier experience includes serving as a Process Engineer at Progressive Moulded Products Ltd. from June 2001 to June 2003. Slobodan Basic earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sarajevo, completing the degree between 1987 and 1995.
