Tom le

Tom Le currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Gap since July 2025. In addition to this role, Tom is an active member of several advisory boards, including the Strategic Board of Advisors at CrowdStrike and the Trust Advisory Board at Box. Tom's previous experience includes a tenure as CISO at Mattel, Inc. from June 2020 to May 2025 and as CTO for Cognizant Security from December 2017 to June 2020. Recognized for achievements in the cybersecurity field, accolades include the 2024 Bay Area CISO ORBIE Finalist, the 2023 CrowdStrike Falconer Award, and the 2022 Trace3 Outlier CIO Finalist. Tom's educational background includes a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
