Tracey Dinar

Tracey Dinar is currently the VP of Inventory Management at Old Navy, a subsidiary of Gap Inc. Tracey has over 18 years of experience in operations and strategic planning, with a focus on the retail industry.

Tracey started their career at VENUSSPORTS.COM, a startup women’s fitness e-commerce site, where they served as the Vice President of Retail Planning & Operations. In this role, they were responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and overseeing its day-to-day operations. Tracey also led a team of merchandisers, planners, and customer service specialists to perform retail operations, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service. During their time at VENUSSPORTS.COM, Tracey created inventory management, merchandising, and retail pricing strategies. The company was sold to Fogdog.com in 2001.

After VENUSSPORTS.COM, Tracey became the Vice President of Operations at Ammo Marketing, a viral marketing firm. At Ammo Marketing, they were responsible for building the company’s operational infrastructure, including processes for proposal development, budgets, HR, and compensation/benefits.

In 2002, Tracey joined Gap Inc., where they spent the next 12 years in various leadership roles. In their most recent role at Gap Inc., they served as the Manager of Company Planning, Finance for Gap.com. In this role, they developed and implemented long-range strategic plans for Gap.com, which contributed to $300 million in annual retail sales. Tracey also steered improvements in sales, margin, and inventory management.

Tracey has a proven track record of success in operations and strategic planning, with a focus on the retail industry. Her experience spans multiple areas of expertise, including inventory management, merchandising, retail pricing, customer service, and more.

Tracey Dinar has a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Marketing from Northeastern University.
