Mary Henry

Vice President at Gap International

Mary Henry joined Gap International in 1998 and is responsible for the company’s Breakthrough Product Division. She is accountable for all aspects of the development of Gap’s digital products including design, content creation, programming, QA, IT and delivery. Previously, Ms. Henry has held various responsibilities within Gap International including the development of the company’s internal consultant training and proprietary resources and led the IT department.

As a lead consultant, Ms. Henry partners with senior executives and teams in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Latin America to drive breakthroughs in business performance. She has consulted for leading-edge technology, oil & gas, healthcare, global consumer goods and financial corporations in the Fortune 500.

Before joining Gap International she was a Systems Engineer and Marketing Representative at IBM where she provided technical solutions to organizations. She holds a B.S. in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
