Aki Juvonen has a wide range of work experience in the IT field. Aki started their career as a Service Desk Specialist at Tieto-Tapiola Oy in 2012. Aki then moved on to Felm (Suomen Lähetysseura) in 2016, where they worked as an IT Trainee. After that, they joined Fennia in 2017, where they held the positions of Service Desk Specialist and later IT Specialist. In 2019, they joined Gapps as a Junior Technical Support Specialist. Over the years, they advanced to the role of Technical Support Specialist and then to Support Team Lead of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Technical Support Specialist & IT Specialist at Gapps.
Aki Juvonen pursued their education, starting in 2009 at Helsinki Business College Oy, where they focused on Information Technology. Aki studied there for three years before progressing to Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. From 2014 to 2018, Aki obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Information Technology.
