Marko Kauklahti

Marko Kauklahti has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Marko began their career as a Cleaner at HKL Metroliikenne in 2006. Marko then worked as a Mailer at Verkkokauppa.com Oyj before joining StaffPoint Oy/Schenker Cargo Oy as a Data Entry Clerk. In 2011, Marko started working at PH Solutions Oy as a System Specialist, where they provided remote and local tech support for user environments. Marko continued their role as a System Specialist when PH Solutions Oy merged with other companies to form mcare pro in 2014. In 2016, Marko joined Soluto Oy as an IT Specialist, initially focusing on Servicedesk/Helpdesk before transitioning to a more 2nd level and onsite role. During their time at Soluto Oy, they handled various responsibilities related to installation, administration of email/cloud services, and networks. Currently, Marko is working at Gapps as a Cloud Consultant, starting in May 2021.

Marko Kauklahti obtained their high school diploma from Maunulan yhteiskoulu in 2006. In 2011, they attended Amiedu and completed a degree in Datanomi. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to Apple products, including Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) 10.9 in May 2014, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.8 in December 2013, Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) 10.8 in February 2013, Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration 10.8 in December 2012, Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration 10.7 in March 2012, and Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.6 in April 2011. More recently, in August 2021, they earned a Professional Collaboration Engineer certification from Google Cloud.
