Matti Virtanen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Matti began their career at Oy NovaCall Ab in 2000 as a Local Manager, where they supervised a contact center and was responsible for operational client co-operation. Matti then joined GoExcellent in 2007, first as an Operations Manager and later as a Manager Client Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing customer service production, supervising team leaders, and achieving financial and operational targets. In 2014, Matti joined Benemen, initially as a Service Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager. Matti focused on customer service management and development, combining customer information and communication channels into one controlled entity. Currently, Matti is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Gapps, where they are responsible for onboarding and building relationships with clients.
