João Santos

João Santos has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management. João currently works at Gapstars as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Alter Solutions Benelux as a Business Manager and later as an International Talent Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process, developing talent pipelines, and fostering strong relationships with candidates. Before joining Alter Solutions Benelux, João worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at HRB Solutions and as a Talenting Search Department Trainee at Talenter™.

João Santos obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, starting in 2013 and graduating in 2016. Following that, they pursued an Incomplete Master's degree in Human Potential Management at Instituto Superior de Gestão, starting in 2016 and ending in 2017. Additionally, João has obtained certifications in various workshops, including one on Emotional Intelligence and another on Leadership and Team Management, both of which were acquired in October 2021 from Alter Solutions Portugal.
