Mahesh Samarasinghe

Mahesh Samarasinghe is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Associate Technical Lead at Gapstars since April 2022, Mahesh has previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at the same company. From August 2019 to April 2022, Mahesh contributed as a Software Engineer at 99X Technology, where responsibilities included implementing a travel application and managing design, code review, cloud architecture, and DevOps operations. Earlier experience includes a role as a Trainee Software Engineer, where Mahesh developed an automated platform for technical assessments in recruitment. Mahesh has a Bachelor of Science Honours in Computer Science from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and served as a committee member at the Society of Computer Science during academic tenure.
