Matt Hughes

Matt Hughes currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at GapVax, a position held since February 2017. Prior to this role, Matt held various leadership positions at JWF Industries from September 2002 to January 2017, including Vice President of Business Development for JWF Energy, where a successful business plan was developed to launch a new product line in the energy market, and Director of Business Development, focusing on establishing the business functions for new divisions. Matt's career began at GapVax, Inc., where between 1994 and 2002 roles included Industrial Sales Manager and Sales Representative, contributing significantly to sales efforts across North America. Earlier experience also includes serving as Marketing Coordinator at GAP Pollution and Environmental Control from 1991 to 1994, where an annual marketing plan and tradeshow program were developed and managed.
