Gwen Vanloo

Gwen VanLoo, CPA, currently serves as Financial Controller at Garage Door Partners since July 2025. Previously, Gwen held various financial leadership roles, including CFO and Controller at John R. Wood Properties from January 2016 to July 2025, and Director of Finance at Hodges University from February 2015 to January 2016. Gwen’s experience also includes positions at Washington University in St. Louis as a Senior Business Manager and Accounting Supervisor, Budget Manager at Cherry Creek School District, and Senior Accountant Supervisor at Archstone-Smith. Earlier in the career, Gwen worked as a Fund Accountant at ProLogis and a Senior Accountant at Simpson Property Group. Gwen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University, earned in 1999.
