David Wolfe

David Wolfe is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property acquisition and management. Currently serving as Co-Owner of Garage Living since January 2021, David simultaneously holds the title of Partner at Venerable Investments, a real estate syndicate focused on multifamily properties, since July 2013. In addition, David has been the President of DWPG, LLC since June 2013, specializing in the management of multi-family properties for investors. Previous roles include Senior Analyst at Detectent, Licensed Real Estate Agent at La Jolla Realty, Investment Research Analyst at Inflection Point LLC, and Financial Analyst at Allstate Insurance. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business.
