Scott Molander has a diverse work experience, with roles in various industries. Scott is currently the Managing Director at SKINS™ Compression North America, a company that specializes in compression sportswear. Scott is also a Member of the Board of Directors at both 500 FESTIVAL FOUNDATION and The Yard.GG, where they contribute to the strategic decision-making process. In the past, Molander held positions such as Managing Director at Garage Living, Lecturer at Butler University - Lacy School of Business, and Regional Development Team member at Fords Garage. Scott has also served as a Board Member at PlayyOn, Chairperson of the Board at Nine13sports, and Senior Managing Director at SportsUNITED. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Chairman of the Board Mid-America Region at Thrivent Financial. Molander's work experience reflects their involvement in sports-related businesses, community initiatives, and academia.
Scott Molander completed their education with the following qualifications: a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana State University - Scott College of Business in 2016, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Dickinson State University in 1988, an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Williston State College in 1985. In addition, they studied Agricultural Economics at North Dakota State University from 1985-1986.
