Isabel Heras is an IT Digital Talent Acquisition Specialist at Garaje de ideas, focusing on talent acquisition and enhancing employee experience since December 2023. Previously, Isabel worked at Mutua Madrileña in the quality department, handling claims and implementing proactive strategies to retain clients from June 2023 to November 2023. Prior experience includes roles in training and quality assurance at Linea Directa Aseguradora, where Isabel collaborated with HR and developed training content, as well as in customer service. Isabel also served as a Sales Coordinator at O'Neill and held a management role at El Corte Inglés, gaining valuable experience in sales and departmental oversight.
