Helin Mercan Şen

Helin Mercan Şen is currently the Head of Retail Remote Banking Strategic Planning and Analysis at Garanti BBVA since February 2021, after serving as Mass Banking Strategic Planning and Analysis Senior Supervisor. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Marketing Analyst at Pegasus Airlines, where employment lasted from November 2019 to February 2021, and a position in Campaign, CRM & Analysis at Arcelik Group from July 2016 to September 2019. Additional experience includes working as an Analyst at Willis Towers Watson and a Consultancy Intern at Deloitte Turkey, as well as internships in retail management at Vakko and strategic marketing at Eczacıbaşı Topluluğu. Helin Mercan Şen is pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics at Sabanci University, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the same institution and studies at Uppsala University. Education was also enhanced through attendance at Robert College between 2005 and 2010.
