Selin Oz

Selin Oz has extensive experience at Garanti BBVA, serving in various roles since August 1997, currently as a Consultant in the SME Banking Department focused on Entrepreneurship & Sustainability. Notable contributions include leading the Women Entrepreneurship and Garanti BBVA Partners acceleration programs and collaborating with Boğaziçi University to establish entrepreneurial support initiatives. Selin Oz has a strong background in managing marketing communication, strategic planning, and performance monitoring across multiple branches, contributing to the development of programs aimed at increasing women entrepreneurs and strengthening SME banking operations. Selin Oz is also a co-founder of GarantiPartners and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University.
