Alain Ledon

Alain Ledon has a strong background in finance and software engineering. Alain is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Garda Capital Partners since July 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Adjunct Professor at CUNY School of Professional Studies, starting in September 2015. Alain also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College from 2008 onwards.

Alain had experiences in the finance industry as well. Alain worked as a Quant Developer at Autonomy Capital from July 2019 to July 2020. Before that, they served as a Quant Financial Analyst at Schonfeld from February 2019 to July 2019. Alain held the position of Head Data Analytics - MSR Capital Markets at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from October 2015 to February 2019. Prior to this, they were the VP Market Risk - MSR Asset and CIO at J.P. Morgan from February 2013 to September 2015. Alain also worked at Ally Financial Inc. as the Director, Risk Engineer from May 2011 to February 2013. Alain held the role of Vice President Portfolio Analytics at Bank of America - Merrill Lynch from 2009 to April 2011, and prior to that, they worked as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch from October 2007.

Alain Ledon completed their education in a chronological order as follows. From 1991 to 1994, they attended the Universidad Central de las Villas, majoring in Automatica. Alain then went on to attend the New York Institute of Technology between 1996 and 1998, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Continuing their education, from 1999 to 2001, Ledon pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at New York University. Finally, they attended Baruch College from 2006 to 2008, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Financial Engineering.
