Maxim Simachev

Maxim Simachev is the Chief Executive Officer of Garda Technologies, LLC since July 2022, and has been a Strategic Account Manager at Cisco Systems since September 2011, focusing on business with service provider companies. Previous roles include Deputy CEO for Technology at SITRONICS IT and Deputy CEO for Technical Development at Comstar-Regions within the Mobile Telesystems Group. Maxim also served as Technical Director at CTI (Communications.Technology.Innovations) and Head of Global Resources Service at Euroset. Maxim holds a degree in Automated Telecommunications, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering from the Academy of Federal Security Service of Russia, completed from 1994 to 1999.
