Stephanie Kruse

Stephanie Kruse has extensive experience in quality management and operations, currently serving as the Quality & Safety Manager at Gardan Inc since October 2019. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Fox Valley Tool & Die in various capacities, including Business Operations Coordinator and Quality Coordinator, where responsibilities included the creation and implementation of Quality Management Systems, preparation for ISO certification, and conducting quality audits. Stephanie demonstrates a strong understanding of ISO requirements, oversees quality improvement initiatives, and manages documentation related to quality assurance. Earlier in Stephanie's career, roles included administrative duties and supporting the Kimberly Dance Team as an Assistant Dance Coach. Stephanie holds a high school diploma from Kaukauna High School and pursued higher education at the University of Phoenix.
