Bebe J. Minton

Bebe created and is responsible for Gardant’s Tax Credit Compliance Department.

The Department oversees asset management and compliance requirements for a portfolio of senior living and assisted living communities valued at more than $400 million that have been funded with tax credits, using a variety of low-income housing tax credit programs.

Bebe brings more than 16 years of experience to the position, along with her expertise in organizational management and analytics, and her strong focus on making sure things are done right.

Bebe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Biola University in La Mirada, California, and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She has completed coursework in neuropsychology and geriatrics at California State University.
