Stephen Woods

Stephen Woods has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Stephen started their career as an Executive Director at Heritage Woods - Dwight under Gardant Management Solutions in 2011. After that, they served as an Executive Director at Arden Courts - Kenwood (HCR-ManorCare) from April 2013 to October 2014. Following this, they joined Heritage Woods of McHenry - (Gardant Management Solutions) as an Administrator from October 2014 to December 2015. Stephen then transitioned to Gardant Management Solutions itself and worked as an Operations Specialist from December 2015 to May 2022. Currently, they serve as the Regional Director of Operations at Gardant Management Solutions.

Stephen Woods completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2000 to 2004. Stephen further pursued their education at Ohio University and obtained a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 2018 to 2019.
