Isabelle Panelli

Isabelle Panelli is Vice President, Office of the CEO since 2021. In this role, she is responsible for GardaWorld’s global corporate communications, brand strategy and marketing activities, while also leading strategic projects spearheaded by the CEO’s Office. In addition, she plays a central role in the organization’s corporate social responsibility positioning, from community involvement to ESG communications.

Notably, Isabelle has overseen GardaWorld’s digital transformation, the strategic rebranding of select business divisions and the integration of acquisitions to the GardaWorld master brand over the last decade. Recently, she oversaw the publication of GardaWorld’s inaugural ESG report, the relocation of its global headquarters in Montreal, as well as the creation of its Global Security Expertise Centre and Academy in mid-2022.

Isabelle spent nearly eight years working in communications and media relations at globally recognized entertainment company Cirque du Soleil. She joined GardaWorld in 2010 as senior director of global marketing and communications.

Isabelle is now pursuing an EMBA at McGill-HEC Montreal.
