Nicholas Cerminaro

Nicholas Cerminaro joined the management team of GardaWorld in the fall of 2020 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

Prior to joining GardaWorld, he was Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Bombardier Inc., where he had increasing leadership roles in the legal function and gained significant experience working closely with C-suite and business unit leadership and legal teams.

Previously, Nick spent eight years at Norton Rose Fulbright, a leading global law firm, where he advised some of Canada’s largest corporations.

A seasoned legal and business adviser, Nick has significant experience in complex international transactions and financings, as well as governance and compliance matters. Based in Montreal, he is responsible for our corporate legal function, including supporting our legal teams across our various security services business units and actively working on GardaWorld’s future acquisitions and financing activities.

Nick is a past member of the charity gala committees for the Sainte-Justine children’s hospital and, from 2010 to 2015, was co-manager of Norton Rose Fulbright Montreal’s Leaders Campaign for the United Way (Centraide).

He holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal and a J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and is a member of the Québec Bar.
