Richard Potvin

Richard Potvin is Vice President Finance and Control at GardaWorld since 2009. He is responsible for the production of the company's consolidated financial statements. In this position, he oversees the monthly repatriation of cash from GardaWorld's 150 subsidiaries around the world.

Richard began his career at TFI International in 1997 where he held the positions of Assistant Controller and Corporate Controller before becoming Vice President Finance. After 12 years at TFI International, he joined GardaWorld in his current position.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC. He is also a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) since 1994. He also pursued a DESS in fiscality from HEC and training in the CPA in-depth tax program.
