Delphine Saleres-Deney

Delphine Saleres-Deney has extensive work experience in finance and controlling roles. Delphine has held multiple positions at L'Oréal, including Finance Director for the Consumer Product Division and the Luxury Division. Prior to that, they worked as the Finance, Controlling & Sales Administration Manager for the Professional Products division and as Corporate Controller. Delphine also served as the Group Controller for Rhodia Silicones at Bluestar Silicones. Their career began as a Controller at Aventis Pasteur, which is now part of Sanofi. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Garden Centre Schilliger SA.

Delphine Saleres-Deney has a Master's degree in Finance from ESDES Lyon Business School, which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. In 1999 to 2000, they also pursued a degree in Finance and IT at Johnson & Wales University. In terms of additional certifications, Delphine obtained the "Fundamental of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Garage in February 2018, and "The Essentials of Digital Marketing Fast Track" certification from L'Oréal in February 2016. Delphine also completed the "Programme Eve - Leadership" from Programme EVE in September 2019, and the "Pogramme Octave - Leadership in a VUCA world" from Programme Octave in April 2022.
