Ngai Chung Ho

Ngai Chung Ho is an experienced production manager with a background in engineering and extensive expertise in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Production Manager at The Garden Company Limited since November 2019, Ngai Chung Ho manages a highly automated bakery production line and oversees multiple teams involved in production, packaging, and equipment maintenance. Prior to this role, Ngai Chung Ho was the Factory Manager at Choei Plastic World Philippines Inc., where responsibilities included establishing a plastic compounding factory and training the operational team. Ngai Chung Ho began the career as the Assistant Factory Manager at Plastic World (China) LTD., progressing from the engineering department head and overseeing production and inspection equipment. Ngai Chung Ho holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
