Paul Kingsley Clark

Paul Kingsley Clark is a barrister at Garden Court Chambers since September 2012, with extensive experience in international law and legal consultancy. Prior roles include working as a consultant for the International Criminal Court and the ICTY and serving as an associate legal officer at the ICTY from 2009 to 2011. Clark has contributed to legal education as a sessional lecturer at Birkbeck, University of London, and a tutor at Durham University. Educational qualifications include attendance at Harvard Law School and McGill University, along with degrees from the University of Leicester and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). Early academic foundation was established at Park View Comprehensive School.
