Elizabeth Hutchison Hicklin

Elizabeth Hutchison Hicklin is an accomplished freelance writer and editor, currently operating under Hutch Creative Co. since December 2017, while also serving as a contributing editor for Garden & Gun Magazine since the same year after holding various editorial roles with the publication from 2009 to 2017. In these roles, Elizabeth has curated travel content, assigned stories, edited contributions, and developed written materials for newsletters and books. Elizabeth played a significant role in producing the Made in the South Awards and has contributed to bestselling titles such as the Southerner's Handbook. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Clemson University, earned in 2008.
