Joy Kornsey currently serves as Operations Manager at Garden State Tile, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Joy was Assistant Store Manager at HomeSense from May 2022 to March 2024. Joy's extensive experience at Nordstrom spanned over 13 years, including positions such as Store Manager for Philly Rack Nordstrom and various regional and district operational roles, where significant achievements included generating additional sales volume and leading employee training initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as a Purchaser for Richmond American Homes and as a Selection Coordinator/Interior Designer for Bob Meyer Communities. Joy holds a degree in Interior Design from Moore College of Art and Design.
