Jeffrey Coleman

Jeffrey Coleman is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and field operations. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at Gardner Builders since December 2023, Jeffrey previously held the role of Project Manager at Engelsma Construction, Inc. and Summit Construction Inc., overseeing diverse construction projects including tenant improvements and contaminated soil remediation. Notably, Jeffrey was the first employee of Gardner Builders, where responsibilities included establishing the field operations group and organizational structure. Earlier in their career, Jeffrey served as a Construction Superintendent at Greiner Construction, managing high-end commercial projects, and worked as a Finish Carpenter at Marcon Interior Transitions.
