Drew Thompson

Prior to joining Gardner as the Director of Portfolio Management, Drew Thompson held the position of VP of a Property Management Company and has over 20 years of experience in multifamily property management. He specialized in affordable housing including LIHTC, HUD and USDA Rural Development. His experience includes creating property management policies and procedures, LIHTC lease up teams, pre-UPCS/REAC teams and stabilizing distressed assets throughout the nation. Drew has successfully completed more than forty-five LIHTC lease ups throughout his career.
