Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Gardner Cryogenics since June 2022, Kalpana previously held the role of Project Quality Manager - Operations at Mack Trucks, where responsibilities included ensuring adherence to quality processes throughout product and process projects. Prior experience encompasses various quality engineering roles at FLSmidth, where Kalpana participated in project planning and quality inspections, as well as at Communications Test Design Inc., focused on meeting client requirements for Set Top Boxes. Kalpana’s early career included design and development engineering at MAKS Castings Limited India. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
