Dennis Stern

Dennis Stern has a long and varied work experience in the real estate industry. Dennis began their career in 2002 at CBRE as a Senior Consultant. In 2007, they moved to Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Negotiator. In 2008, they joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Partner, Head of Tenant Advisory Group Germany, Partner, Head of Office Agency Frankfurt, and Associate - Head of Office Agency Frankfurt. In 2017, they moved to Apleona Group as a Director. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Nexus Capital Advisors GmbH & Co. KG as a Director. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of Garentii.

Dennis Stern attended Stauffenbergschule Frankfurt from 2001 to 2003 and received a Kaufmann in der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft degree.
