Andrew Zwerling

Andrew Zwerling has extensive work experience as a litigator and trial lawyer. Andrew started their career as an Executive Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney's Office. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Partner at Garbarini & Scher, specializing in medical malpractice, general insurance liability, commercial litigation, and civil rights defense. Andrew then joined Garfunkel Wild, PC in 2003 as a Partner-Director, where they focused on employment law, health care law, and commercial litigation. Additionally, they served as an arbitrator and litigator, handling cases involving multi-million dollar recoveries for hospitals and fraudulent representation claims against vendors. Overall, Andrew Zwerling is known for their innovative problem-solving skills and their experience in State and Federal courts.

Andrew Zwerling completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from SUNY at Stony Brook between 1975 and 1979. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from George Washington University National Law Center from 1979 to 1982.
