John Martin

John Martin is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Chair of the White Collar Defense Group and a Partner in the Litigation, Arbitration, and Compliance Groups at Garfunkel Wild, P.C. since March 2008. Prior to this role, John Martin worked as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York from May 2003 to February 2008, focusing on White Collar Crime prosecutions. John's extensive legal background also includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan D.A.'s office from 1984 to 2003, where responsibilities included roles in the Appeals and Trial Divisions, as well as Deputy Bureau Chief in the Trial Division. John Martin holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, Economics, and History from the University of Arizona.
