Abhay Damle

Abhay Damle is a seasoned professional in structural engineering with extensive experience in designing and analyzing steel and concrete structures. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Garg Consulting Services, Inc. since November 2015, Abhay focuses on highway and railroad bridges in Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island, including load rating and safety inspection. As the Owner of Damle & Thakurdesai since 1997, Abhay has managed structural designs for diverse projects, such as residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, utilizing advanced design software like Etabs and Staadpro. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Bridge Engineer at L C Associates Inc from June 1987 to January 1997, where Abhay specialized in similar bridge projects. Abhay holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
